Baked Garlic parmeasan cheese spread
6 Garlic bulbs.
Virgin olive oil ( or better is 'First Cold pressing')
Cut off the tops, exposing each garlic clove.
Wrap in tin foil, pour olive oil over the tops of the garlic,
then close up the foil.
Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 350.
Let cool, then squeeze out the garlic into a bowl. ( this is the messy part)
Add an equal part of parmeasan cheese.
Add olive oil until you get a spreadable consistancy.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread on Garlic round crackers or bagel chips.
