2 medium red onions - diced
2 cans petite diced tomatoes with green chili's
2 small cans mild diced chili's
1 bunch diced cilantro
3 Ripe Avacado's
1 pint sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large pack corn tortilla's
Corn oil - for the chips
Mexican seasoning ( optional )
Dice onions, add tomatoes,
mash avacado's, add 2 cups salsa, sour cream and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Go back to the salsa and add cilantro and canned diced chili's
For hotter salsa, add 2-3 diced chipote peppers.
For chips, cut tortilla's into chip size and fry in corn oil.
Add salt and seasoning as soon as they come out of the oil
